1 pkg Dried Asian Rice Noodles
2 cloves garlic, chopped and divided
6 T Sesame Oil, divided
4 t Fresh Ginger, minced
4T Soy Sauce
8 T Oyster Sauce
2T Mirin Wine
1/2 Yellow Onion, julianne
1/4 c Simply Fresh freeze dried broccoli
1/4 c Simply Fresh freeze dried green peas
1/8c Carrot, shredded
Place the freeze dried broccoli in a bowl,add some warm water to reconstitute.
Do the same with the green peas and put both aside.
Combine 1/2 the Sesame Oil,1/2 the garlic,the ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin wine, in a bowl to make the sauce and set aside.
Place 1/3 of the dried rice noodles in a bowl and add some boiled water to cover. With a pair of tongs, separate and toss the noodles around to soften and separate. This should take about 5-6 minutes. then drain them and set aside.
In a very hot saute pan or wok, add the sesame oil. Add other 1/2 of the garlic and hear the sizzle. When fragrant, add the reconstituted vegetables and saute until hot. Add the noodles and incorporate. Then add the sauce. Toss all together until hot and incorporated and serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
Note: you can always add other vegetables to this Recipe and also a protein like our freeze dried GMO free chicken, beef or shrimp. This is a very versatile dish that can be adapted to your personal preferences.
