ORGANIC OREGANO – FREEZE DRIED AND FINELY CHOPPED

Organic Oregano – Freeze dried and finely chopped

Oregano Oil

 Herb oils are easy to make and so versatile to use.

Makes enough for: 1 batch oil

Ingredients

• 5g Simply Clean Foods oregano leaves
• 150ml olive oil

Method

1. Place the oregano leaves into a mortar
2. Add 15mls olive oil and bash the leaves with the pestle
3. Add a further 45mls of olive oil and mix in
4. Pour into a sterilized glass bottle
5. Top with the rest of the olive oil
6. Leave to stand for 24 hours before using
