Origin and Certification

Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee is cultivated exclusively in the Blue Mountain range in eastern Jamaica, at elevations between 3,000 and 5,500 feet above sea level. The region’s unique combination of high altitude, volcanic soil, and near-constant mist creates ideal conditions for slow maturation of coffee cherries, resulting in beans with complex sugars and flavor compounds. The Coffee Industry Board of Jamaica strictly regulates cultivation, processing, and export, ensuring that only beans grown in this defined area can carry the Blue Mountain designation.
