Freeze Dried Organic Cilantro

Chicken Tacos

4 Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breasts

2 Tbsp Olive Oil – divided

1 Tbsp Lime Juice

1/2 Tsp. Garlic minced

1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder

1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin

1/2 Tsp Paprika

1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper

8 Medium Flour Tortillas

1/2 Cup Simply Clean Foods diced onion

1/2 Cup Simply Clean Foods Cilantro

 

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lime juice, garlic and all seasonings, including, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
2. Toss well to coat. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes in the fridge.
3. Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium – high heat until the oil sizzles. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown.
4. Transfer chicken breasts onto a cutting board and dice into 1/2 inch pieces. Return the diced chicken into skillet and toss in juices to coat. Set aside.
5. Toast Tortillas, add chicken breasts and veggies/sauces of your choice
6. Garnish with Simply Clean Foods organic cilantro.
