Ingredients

8 Tbsp            Butter

¾ Cup             Coconut Sugar

4                         Eggs

½ Cup             Simply Clean Foods Whole Milk/ Simply Clean Foods Coconut Milk-prepared

1 Tsp                Vanilla Extract

1 ½ Cups      Almond Flour

1 ½ Cups      Simply Clean Foods Coconut Flour

½ Cup             Simply Clean Foods Freeze Dried Blueberries

½ Tsp               Salt

1 Tsp                Baking Soda

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line round cake pan with parchment paper.
2. Combine butter & coconut sugar in a bow. Mix until smooth.
3. Add 4 eggs one at a time, mix until combined.
4. Add milk & vanilla extract.
5. Add almond flour and 1 cup of coconut flour, freeze dried blueberries (blended into a powder), salt & baking soda. Mix until combined. Transfer to lined cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
6. Cool in cake pan completely before transferring to serving plate.
